Location: Benalmádena / Málaga, Spain Work Model: Hybrid Schedule: Full-time | 39h / week Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00 Friday: 09:00 – 17:00 Languages: Dutch, French & English Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a Business Developer fluent in Dutch and French to join a hybrid role in Benalmádena (Málaga) within the high-tech sector. This opportunity is ideal for professionals interested in B2B environments, research, partner development, and sales support, working in an international and fast-growing setting. About the Role As a Business Developer, you will focus on identifying and researching potential business partners and accounts, supporting sales teams with qualified leads and valuable market insights. Your main responsibilities include: Identifying and researching existing and potential OEM accounts Collecting and updating account information (industry, use cases, platforms, past projects) Supporting initiatives to increase partner engagement with digital platforms Researching key decision-makers (product management, R&D, etc.) Qualifying leads before passing them to sales or partner teams Using internal systems and CRM tools to validate account potential Requirements Dutch & French: Fluent English: Intermediate level Experience with research, data analysis, or database management Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Understanding of B2B sales environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary & Benefits €21,600 gross per year Performance bonus up to €7,400 gross per year Private medical insurance Full‑time permanent contract Hybrid work model Paid onboarding and training Career development programs and specialized courses Modern office location in Benalmádena (Málaga) Why Join?
