We're looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to drive the implementation, optimization, and evolution of our HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and evolution of HRSD solutions.Serve as the technical authority for HRSD initiatives.Translate business requirements into high-quality technical designs.Mentor and guide ServiceNow engineers.Contribute to platform architecture and governance.Ensure Agile delivery and adherence to best practices.Requirements:3+ years hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience or 5+ years overall ServiceNow experience.Strong technical background (Developer or Architect).Experience guiding technical teams and making architectural decisions.Agile delivery experience.Strong communication skills; English required, Spanish a plus.ServiceNow certifications a plus.Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.What We Offer:Hybrid work in Barcelona.Opportunity to shape HRSD solutions at scale.Work with modern ServiceNow technologies in a collaborative environment.If you are interested, apply now
