The candidate will report to the Deputy Claims Manager in Belgium, with the office based in Barcelona.Key Responsibilities:Handling P&C Marine claims for Japanese business as follows:Collecting the whole documentation provided by brokers or clients;Checking the wording for assessing the coverage;Appointing a surveyor if necessary;Informing the manager of any development;Preparing the settlement proposal;Recording all the data in different systems and databases;Collaborating with colleagues in different departments & business partners.Skills And Competencies Required:University degreeAt least 2+ years of previous experience in the insurance industryExperience in the Italian marketNative proficiency in Italian and fluent in EnglishGood knowledge of Excel and databasesCommitment to precision with a strong focus on detail-oriented and methodological approachExperience working within an international environmentSkills And Competencies Preferred:Professional proficiency in SpanishThe Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
