This isn't just logistics—it's about crafting unforgettable experiences and elevating our global presence one keynote, one interview, and one powerful conversation at a time What You'll Be Doing Be a Talent Scout & Coach: Identify, evaluate, and power‑train our event speakers, moderators, and panellists to ensure every session is professional, impactful, and full of energy. Build a Global Network: Forge deep, lasting relationships with speakers, hosts, and content contributors across continents. Your network will be your superpower Go Global: Travel the world to represent us Coordinate events on‑site, soaking up the atmosphere and ensuring flawless execution. International travel is a core part of this role Step Into the Spotlight: Conduct compelling, on‑camera interviews with executives (in‑person and virtually) and contribute content to our dynamic podcasts, blogs, and newsletters. Tell our story Master the Details: Manage all speaker communications, follow‑ups, and attendance confirmations with proactive precision. Who We're Looking For Exceptional Communication Instincts: You have a commanding presence and the confidence to engage anyone, anywhere. Public speaking is your jam A Global Mindset: An international background or multilingual capabilities are a massive plus—you see the world as your marketplace.
