You will design, build, and maintain scalable systems in Node.js/TypeScript and Next.js while architecting, integrating, and deploying AI agents that support business services. Strong software engineering skills are the priority; prior experience integrating software with AI models is required, but deep ML research is not.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze feasibility of new features related to Agentic AI solutionsDesign end-to-end integration architectures with third‑party platforms and AI servicesBuild robust, scalable backend and full stack applications with Node.js, TypeScript, and Next.jsDevelop REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices; ensure performance, reliability, security, and observabilityDevelop AI‑enabled features (when meaningful) to support end‑to‑end business servicesIntegrate backend systems with agentic AI platforms and ensure seamless communication between services and agentsDesign, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous planning, reasoning, and multi‑step task executionBuild Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and integrate external knowledge sourcesImplement multi‑agent collaboration and orchestration where applicableEnsure security, governance, and compliance for all AI agent deploymentsMonitor, evaluate, and refine agentic workflows for reliability, safety, and ethical boundariesCollaborate with DevOps, architects, data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams from proof‑of‑value to large‑scale deploymentExperience & ExpertiseStrong software engineering skills with Node.js and TypeScriptProduction experience with Next.js (SSR/ISR, routing, middleware, API routes)Proven experience integrating software with AI models and platforms (e.g., OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and using agentic frameworks/SDKs in JS/TS (e.g., LangChain.js, Semantic Kernel for JS)Experience building RAG pipelines and integrating vector storesDesigning and implementing REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices (Express, Fastify, NestJS)Data modeling with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB); query optimization; data integrity and securityTesting and quality practices: unit/integration testing (Jest, Vitest), linters, type‑safe design, CI/CD, GitObservability: logging, metrics, tracingAsynchronous and concurrency patterns in Node.js (event loop, promises, streams, worker threads, queues)Experience working in an international environment and with third partiesExperience delivering new products to commercial launch #J-18808-Ljbffr
