The Role We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Identity team in London, UK. The Identity team builds foundational systems that ensure every user, role and permission works seamlessly across Perk’s Travel and Spend products. As part of this team you will shape the backbone of the platform, enabling scalable, trustworthy experiences for customers worldwide. What you’ll do: Design for Impact: Craft end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile that make managing cards effortless for employees, admins and finance teams. Bring Insights to Life: Turn data, customer feedback and market research into design solutions tailored to a global market. Shape the Vision: Partner with PMs and Engineers to define clear problem statements and design strategies that balance user needs with business goals. Collaborate Across Functions: Work hand‑in‑hand with developers, researchers and other stakeholders (like Sales Engineering, Implementation and Account Managers) to bring ideas to life. Champion the User: Advocate for best-in-class usability and accessibility, ensuring every interaction feels intuitive and impactful. What skills are required? 5+ years of product design experience at a fast‑growing tech company; experience with Expense Management, FinTech or SaaS products is a strong plus. Strong UX sense: You create simple, scalable solutions and influence craft for other designers. Systems thinker: Comfortable designing within and contributing to a design system, balancing consistency with innovation. Cross-functional mindset: Skilled at working with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant designs. Storytelling skills: Clearly communicate the “why” behind design decisions to inspire your team and align stakeholders. End-to-end execution: You can take a project from concept to launch, breaking down complexity into deliverables that ship value quickly.
