Since 2015, Revolut has been committed to providing more visibility, control, and freedom to its users. With over 10,000 employees worldwide, our New Business Sales team plays a crucial role in acquiring and engaging new customers for Revolut Business globally.

Role: Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing a lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying prospects, and maintaining consistent activity levels.
  2. Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing, and managing accounts to maximize adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to daily usage.
  4. Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business, understanding its market positioning and solutions, supported by relevant case studies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German.
  • At least 1 year of commercial experience, especially in outbound sales and prospecting.
  • Strong interest in building a career in a high-performing sales environment.
  • Willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to enhance customer experience.
  • Curiosity and quick data-oriented learning abilities in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM tasks.
  • A degree in finance or a related business field.
  • Impressive cross-functional project management skills.
