Chief Executive Officer - CEO - Plant Manager - Bilbao Spain
Our Client is a leader in the manufacturing of automotive parts and is now looking to recruit a hybrid Chief Executive Officer - CEO with Plant Management expertise.
Their success is founded on its deep knowledge of the market and the ability to adopt new working methods, cut losses, and run the business towards lean production.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure running and ramping up of a new manufacturing process and overall understanding of production issues.
- Experience in the automotive industry or other manufacturing industries.
- Contribute and co-create in an international setting with other factories in Global Technologies.
- Manage culture change to a stand-alone plant.
- Build and motivate the management team and develop a highly professional plant organization.
- Take responsibility for strategic and operational decisions.
- Understand customer challenges, negotiate contracts, and evaluate business deals.
- Lead the team positively and professionally towards a professional plant organization.
- Replace or dismiss low-performing management members.
- Plan and implement structural changes in the plant.
- Develop, operate, and monitor production while enhancing offerings to customers.
- Communicate confidently and articulate effectively at all levels.
- Adapt to current situations and challenge old truths.
- Create good relations with customers and stakeholders.
- Foster a positive environment to motivate the management team.
- Drive the company's development in both short and long-term perspectives.
The salary for this role will be circa Euros 100K - Euros 150K plus benefits.
Must be able to communicate in Spanish - so must be a Spanish speaker.
