Property Manager - Mallorca (m/w/d) Join to apply for the Property Manager - Mallorca (m/w/d) role at MYNE In Deiner Rolle als Property Manager - Mallorca (m/w/d) unterstützt Du unser Operations Team vor Ort auf Mallorca. Aufgaben Du bist verantwortlich für die technische Betreuung und Koordination der Instandhaltung des Immobilienportfolios auf Mallorca. Du planst und koordinierst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten durch externe Dienstleister und überprüfst die Qualität der Umsetzung. Du überwachst Renovierungsarbeiten und koordinierst Handwerksunternehmen und Lieferanten. Qualifikation Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im handwerklichen- oder Immobilienbereich, Innenarchitektur, Facility-Management, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar. Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Immobilien und bist handwerklich geschickt. Du besitzt umfassende Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Immobilien und der Planung und Kontrolle von baulichen Maßnahmen. Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und viel Eigeninitiative. Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Du verfügst über einen PKW-Führerschein der Klasse B.
