Position Overview The VM Specialist is responsible for delivering the VM strategy across specified region(s) to elevate the in-store customer experience. The role is responsible for in-store installations execution, rigging, styling, development and execution of windows concept, partnering with other team members, VM Manager and Senior Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute all interior changeovers in collaboration with store managers, store teams and operations, embracing company VM guidelines, and support in props sourcing and delivering on time for installations. Work with VM Manager and Senior VM Manager on floor mapping, product assortment space allocation, install planning and calendar. Ensure execution of all VM concepts across relevant stores in line with guidelines and timelines through regular store visits and reporting, ensuring consistency and excellence in VM standards across the specified region(s) while maintaining a commercial approach within the agreed band guidelines. Offer support to different stores for display remerchandising/changing based on product launches and business requirements; manage multiple installations simultaneously, providing remote support for proper creative execution. Coordinate photo review process with VM Manager and Senior VM Manager, share feedback to improve standards, guaranteeing visual excellence and consistency in product display across the specified region(s). Understand regional/store needs to suggest strategies and local adaptations. Adapt initial window design directives from US HQ to meet store requirements in terms of scale, product assortment, etc.; oversee production flow, vendor coordination, props sourcing including wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting and decorative prop elements. Prepare product assortment and key styles for windows, partnering with VM Manager and Senior VM Manager for final selection. Support execution with production team (set builder), maintaining merchandise presentation in windows in accordance with agreed concept. Maintain communication with VM Manager and Senior VM Manager throughout the lifecycle of the schemes, updating on any changes. Actively update the shared drive with window and interior plans, photo reviews, floor plans and regional calendars. Communicate regularly on a weekly basis with Store/Department Management, VM Manager and Senior VM Manager to meet business needs in a brand-appropriate manner. Dedicate time for reviewing buying directives and product deliveries; support Press Office or Marketing for special in-store events and showroom set-up activities during sales campaigns. Support back‑office administration, including monthly review of creative budget with VM Manager and Senior VM Manager, tracking spend, PO creation and flow management, and updating financial trackers. Coordinate props deliveries and storage with VM Manager. Experience, Skills & Knowledge Solid prior experience in a similar role, with ability to coordinate multiple stores across the assigned region(s) and proven experience in styling mannequins and VM. Availability for conducting installations outside standard working hours (evenings/weekends). Availability for national and international travel. Project Management / Organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list and meet tight deadlines. Communication skills: ability to communicate and negotiate effectively, in both writing and speaking, in English. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and/or other graphic design programs. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
