The company is one of the leading integrated fitting-out contractors in Hong Kong, Macau, mainland China, and Singapore, specializing in providing professional fitting-out works for hotel, commercial building, and residential property projects. We have been operating our fitting-out business in Hong Kong since 1996 and expanded to Macau, mainland China, and Singapore in 2005, 2017, and 2021, respectively.The successful candidate will be based in Macau.Open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for those from Asia with hotel/casino project experience.Singaporean, Malaysian, and Chinese candidates are suitable.1. ResponsibilitiesAs a MEP Manager, the incumbent shall work with the Project Team to deliver the person in charge role in the realm of all MEP related works in the overall fit-out project. Main duties include but are not limited to the following:Lead, manage, coordinate, supervise and monitor all MEP installations on site, subject to client requirements, project specifications, planning, schedules, budget constraints, etc.Take up technical support and problem-solving roles to spot, identify, and resolve all MEP issues and problems.Maintain complete and accurate records of MEP activities like installation schedules, inspection reports, and change orders.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective integration of different MEP systems within the overall project design.Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of MEP work to ensure quality standards, regulatory, and safety compliance are met.Prepare and update project planning and progress reports to ensure all MEP works are delivered on schedule.2. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Over 15 years of experience in MEP management in the construction industry, preferably related to fit-out projects.Proven track record of the project portfolio.Extensive knowledge in MEP, including systems design, installation practices, and relevant codes and standards.Technically competent to identify and tackle MEP problems on site.Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
