Hacemos nuestros los objetivos de nuestras empresas cliente y nos esforzamos con entusiasmo para conseguirlos, ¿te unes a nuestro equipo?Actualmente seleccionamos Construction Manager para importante compañía dedicada al ámbito de la Arquitectura y la gestión de proyectos, participando en proyectos singulares y de alto nivel arquitectónico en Ibiza de un proyecto hotelero de 5 estrellas.Tus funciones principales serán: Planificación del Proyecto: Desarrollar el cronograma del proyecto. Coordinación de contratas e industriales en obra. Gestionar y coordinar el trabajo y entregables de todos los equipos involucrados y partes interesadas. Supervisión Diaria en obra: Monitorear el progreso de la obra y realizar ajustes según sea necesario. Estudio técnico y económico de la obra Revisión y análisis de mediciones: en fase de proyecto, licitación y obra. Desarrollo y gestión de procesos de licitación de los diferentes lotes de obra. Gestión de Contratos: con las diferentes contratas, industriales y proveedores. Control de Presupuesto: Vigilar los costos del proyecto para asegurarse de que se mantengan dentro del presupuesto establecido. Propuestas de Value Engineering y estrategias de mitigación a nivel de costes y planificación para asegurar que la obra se cumple en plazo y coste. Coordinación con Equipos Técnicos y stakeholders del proyecto y de la obra. Documentación del Proyecto: Mantener registros detallados de todos los aspectos del proyecto, incluyendo cambios en el diseño, órdenes de trabajo y cumplimiento de plazos. Gestionar la documentación de la obra, incluyendo actas, licencias y permisos, contratos, libros de la obra, presupuestos, mediciones, archivos, etc. Reportes de Progreso: Elaborar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el estado del proyecto a los stakeholders. Riesgos, planificación, costes y producción. Asegurar, difundir y representar los estándares de calidad e imagen de la compañía conforme a los valores, filosofía y política empresarial. Requisitos:Formación de Arquitecto/a, o ingeniero/a, con título EuropeoValorable certificación PMPConocimiento de Presto, AutoCAD y Paquette OfficePersona dinámica, proactiva, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajar en equipo.Capacidad de organización y gestión de tareas y para trabajar bajo presiónDon de gentes, empatía y habilidades comunicativasDinamismo, adaptabilidad y flexibilidadExperiencia mínima de 10 años en la gestión de proyectos de edificación como jefe de obra.¿Qué ofrecemos?Plan de carrera y desarrollo dentro de la compañíaContratación estableJornada completaRango salarial: 60.000€ brutos/anualesUbicación: IbizaEn caso de que la persona resida fuera de Ibiza, se negociará alojamiento.¿Quieres formar parte de este equipo y ayudarnos a seguir creciendo?
