Role responsibilities: Handle incoming customer contacts via phone, email, chat, and alerts, resolving demands Log details into call systems and meet SLA response times Maintain knowledge of applications specific to customers Ensure SLA adherence Provide coverage for team members as needed Complete administrative duties and support service performance Qualifications: Proficient or bilingual in German and fluent in English At least 1 year of customer service experience Knowledge of IT platforms and applications Good disposition for customer service Ability to take ownership and escalate when necessary Experience or interest in the automotive industry and electric vehicles We welcome diverse candidates and encourage applications even if you don't meet every requirement.
