About the roleIn this global role within Aftersales Service Operations, you will ensure that our ERP system is fully aligned with our business processes, enabling efficient, customer‐centric service delivery worldwide. You will drive continuous improvement, lead process standardisation, and empower our teams through training and clear documentation.In return for your strong ERP expertise, cross‐functional mindset, and hands‐on approach, you'll have the opportunity to shape global service processes, work closely with diverse international stakeholders, and play a key role in Sonova's transformation journey—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and our mission to help everyone enjoy the delight of hearing.More about the roleAlign global Aftersales Service processes with enterprise process architecture and ERP set‐upDefine, harmonise, and maintain global ERP service processes, SOPs, and related KPIsAct as a key interface between service operations and functions such as Finance, Engineering, SCM, SAP/IT, and Product teamsContribute functional expertise to SAP and IT projects to improve lead time, cost efficiency, and business model changesSupport the development of aftersales service concepts for new products, channels, and business units and derive ERP system changesLead and strengthen a global community of regional and local key users and process ownersDrive process documentation, standardisation, training, and knowledge transfer globallyMore about youEssentialDegree or diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field5+ years of combined business and IT experience translating business needs into ERP‐supported processesProven experience working with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA required) in a global environmentStrong background in change management, continuous improvement, and cross‐functional project executionExcellent English communication skillsPreferredProject management qualification or experienceAdditional language skills (German and/or Spanish)Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce.com, or reporting solutionsli>More about what we offerAs one of the world's leading hearing care providers headquartered in Switzerland, we're committed to building an inclusive culture.
