Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, and passionate HR Data & Strategy Analyst to join our growing and successful People Analytics team. As a valued team member, you will work closely with experienced professionals to analyze employee and candidate data, explain trends, predict outcomes, and optimize HR processes.This role now includes exposure to applied Artificial Intelligence, particularly in analytics automation and generative AI tools.This is your chance to visibly impact on Verisure’s growth and the development of a best-in-class organization. The role will be based in Madrid.Main responsibilitiesSupport different business areas in decision-making through data.Generate monthly reports based on HR metrics, leveraging Workday and analysis and visualization tools.Generate ad hoc queries and reports for the different areas, promoting automation and self-service.Collaborate in the management of HR Analytics projects with suppliers.Analyze, interpret, and merge HR data with business data: mean differences, correlations, regressions, clustering, etc.Generate and/or audit the databases for different HR processes: performance, engagement, etc.Come up with creative and informed ways of tackling data issues by an understanding of the internal system/business process.Exploit large-scale data warehouses performing highly efficient SQL coding to extract data.Contribute to the design, prototyping, or enhancement of analytics solutions using applied AI and generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, or equivalent).Examples of day-to-day tasksCreate dashboards and reports using PowerBI at state-of-the-art to generate insights, communicate results and monitor KPIs regularly;Extract people data to perform analyses on topics as different as talent management, recruiting, compensation, etc;Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance;Optimize already created dashboards, increasing automation, and exploring more efficient ways to analyze data;Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible and scalable;Create compelling presentations to explain data and analysis, tailored to various audiences, including c-suite executives;Researching and implement proactively new analytics and data methodologies, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trend, (e.g. predictive analytics).Research and implement new analytics methodologies, including predictive models and use cases leveraging AI/ML or generative AI.Experiment with AI-powered tools to streamline analytics workflows, enhance data storytelling, or prototype simple assistants/bots for HR.Technical SkillsDegree in Business Information Systems or Mathematics/ Statistics/ Physics/Economics or Engineering or any other hard science degrees;Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word and Power Point) and analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI);Knowledge of programming languages (e.g.: Python, R, etc.) oriented to statistical data analysis and visualization;Previous experience in Business Intelligence Environment;Experience working with relational databases;Fully proficient in English (Advanced level of Spanish is a plus);Experience in Cloud Platforms is a plus (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is a plus;Knowledge of advanced analytics and data mining is a plus;Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or any related field is a plus.Basic knowledge or high willingness to learn about applied AI technologies (e.g., Copilot Studio, LLM-based tools, Amazon Bedrock or equivalent), understanding their potential and limitations.Personal SkillsCustomer oriented mindset;Fit with our DNA;Analytical and organized person;Desire to learn and to collaborate;Proactive and able to anticipate problems;Excellent ability to work in a team and a good communicator.Our winning DNAEverything we do is driven by our DNA.
