We are looking for a QA Automation Architect
to develop and maintain the automation ecosystem for all business systems at IONOS, encompassing the entire customer journey lifecycle from product ordering in the shop through to billing and cancellation.
Main Responsibilities:

Design the automation framework for the business systems at IONOS, covering the entire lifecycle of the customer journey, from product ordering in the shop to billing and cancellation.
Participate in meetings to gather all requirements for automations.
Define implementation tasks using agile methodology.
Lead and participate in the implementation of automation solutions.
Report the progress of automation development to management.
Communicate the results of automations to management.
Investigate new technologies, tools, trends in the market that define the evolution of our systems (with special focus on IA tools).

Requirements:

10 years of experience in QA, with a focus on automation framework management.
Proficiency in Playwright / Cucumber.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
High fluency in speaking and writing in English.
Proficient in using GIT or similar tools.

If you have it, would be a plus:

German language.
Experience with other automation tools.
Experience with business systems / invoicing.
Python / Ansible.
Linux.
IA tools for QA automation.
