We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person interested in working on a new project with an international bank. Are you a pioneer?We are searching for someone who has broad experience working as a QA Automation Manager.Your main responsibilities will be:Technical Leadership: Capability to provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including strong communication and collaboration skills.Define and document the test strategy, including functional, non-regression, automated, acceptance, and end-to-end performance test plans.Define and execute test cases.Monitor and manage the overall progress of tests and communicate their status.Apply effective quality assurance processes, managing all outcomes, risks, and issues.Develop an end-to-end integrated functional test plan.Develop a user acceptance test plan for the release.Develop a performance test plan and support the creation of performance test scripts.Skills will help you to succeed:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Good understanding of the banking industry.Experience in test automation framework.At least B2 level of English, written and spoken.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills/investigating skills on technical matters.Well organized.Ability to identify problems and suggest mitigating and contingency actions.Proactive.Good coaching skills.Communication skills, favoring dynamics that allow the flow of knowledge, with an interest in both learning and teaching.Proactivity in the search for new solutions and improvements.Teamwork.Fluent in HTML5/CSS3.Good understanding of JUnit, Serenity, Cucumber, Mockito, or other Java-based automatic testing frameworks.Experience with Postman.Good understanding of Java and API programming (Endpoints).Good understanding of CI/CD processes.Deployment technologies such as versioning tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).Continuous integration experience including Automated Testing Setup.Project tracking and documentation (Atlassian Jira/Confluence).Analysis of monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Elasticsearch to ensure the quality of applications/root cause analysis detection.Our offer:Restaurant tickets and life insurance for every employee.The possibility of working from home in a hybrid model.Flexible compensation plan, according to your needs.Customized plan for professional development and training program.Technical certifications.Flexible working hours and short Fridays.Program to improve and promote a healthy lifestyle at work: a sports program and fresh fruit in the offices.International work culture.Discount with Gympass.At GFT, we consider diversity as one of our main pillars and we foster an inclusive work environment based on cooperation and mutual respect.
