Attention to all superheroes out there looking for an attractive work opportunity We are looking for a team player with a desire to work in a young and dynamic environment of tourism and hospitality.Your main responsibilities will be:Active sales support (phone and email) to our customers looking for and booking sailing holidays worldwide.Active phone and email communication with boat owners and charters worldwide.Oversee and support the yacht rental reservations process.Help with daily operations and support other team members.Your skills are:Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.Solution and result-driven person.Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive ‘can-do attitude’.Fluent in English + Polish or FrenchBenefits:27 vacation days per year.Permanent contract.Home office-like working option (5 days per quarter).ESOP plan (share of the company profit) + quarterly bonus (depending on individual performance).10% Discount for renting a boat.Referral bonus (300 euros).Coffee, tea, cookies, fruit & more at the office.Office in Plaza Urquinaona with amazing viewsWorking in an international and friendly environment - you never know if English, German, Italian, or another language will be spoken.Team eventsDog-friendly office.Please note that this position requires working on shifts.
