Inside Sales Specialist – Barcelona We're growing and continuing to increase our global reach. For this we are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist who will be part of our amazing Sales Team in Barcelona. What you will do Management and conversion of deals into sales Outbound (phone, emails, WhatsApp and other channels) contacts potential patients Support of the Clinics sales representatives in closing sales Direct communication with financial institutions to provide patients with the best payment options Collection management and recovery Recapturing older leads to transform into new sales What do you need to be successful Native or bilingual level of Spanish and professional English Experience in remote selling, minimum 2 years Experience working in Dental, similar sectors, Education, Esthetic, Medical, Automotive, Luxury, with a high ticket average per client Excellent interpersonal skills Experience in working in a changing environment with tight deadlines What we offer Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and a top international scale‑up Compensation package consisting of a fixed annual salary between EUR 21,000 and 23,000, plus an uncapped variable annual component of EUR 6,000 Shifts from Monday to Friday with availability to work 1 Saturday per month, given 1 weekday off Benefits of our treatments, aligners, and products Collaborative work environment and positive culture Amazing office in Barcelona centre, with a gym included and modern structure Flexibility on attendance; work is 100% on‑site International and diverse teams At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
