Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project ManagerLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 3-5 YearsPosition Summary:As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects simultaneously, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work. You'll play a key role in planning project roadmaps, coordinating stakeholders, solving technical challenges, and optimizing team workflows.Key Responsibilities:Lead 5–8 person multidisciplinary teams including design, engineering, QA, and content professionals.Simultaneously manage 6–10 active digital projects with varying scope and complexity.Define, maintain, and monitor project plans including sprints, backlog grooming, task assignments, and deadlines.Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may impede project progress.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with clients to refine requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of experience in a technical role (e.g., developer, QA engineer, content strategist, or similar).Proven experience managing full-scope web projects, especially WordPress/CMS implementations.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Advanced proficiency required).Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.Experience working with remote and distributed teams.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and web development processes.System Requirements:Minimum Specs:Operating System: Windows 11 Professional (not Home)Memory: 16 GB RAMStorage: 256/512 GB Solid State Drive (SSD)Recommended Devices:Standard User: Dell Latitude 5450Intel Core Ultra 5-125U, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 ProDell Latitude 5450 | Dell USAPower User: Dell Latitude 7450 2-in-1Intel Core Ultra 7-165U, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Windows 11 ProDell Latitude 7450 2-in-1 | Dell USABenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceFriendly, collaborative, and inclusive team cultureOpportunity to work on innovative, international digital projects
