Le rôle : Stage – SDR (Sales Development Representative) F/H/XResponsabilités :Travailler avec les équipes Business sur la segmentation du marché, le ciblage des Grands Comptes / PME et définir une stratégie d’acquisition «outbound»Travail de recherche et d’analyse Market Intelligence (compétiteurs)Identifier les bons prospects et créer des listes qualifiéesAppels de prospection (Cold Calling) – Convaincre et traitements d’objections etc..Créer des campagnes multicanales automatisées dans le but de générer des rendez-vousMesurer et rapporter la performance de toutes les campagnes et évaluer par rapport aux objectifsSuivi des KPIs, mesure du ROI des actions menées et optimisation des process (dont le CRM) pour améliorer la stratégie d’acquisitionCe que nous recherchons :Etudiant(e) en Master ou en césure issu(e) d’une école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent qui cherche à mettre en pratique ses connaissances à partir de janvier 2025.Passionné(e) par les nouvelles technologies, l’entreprenariat, la vente et le marketingConnaissances des outils d’automation, d’emailing, de data enrichment (Lemlist, Zapier, Dropcontact…)Tu as des notions en copywriting et tu adores tester de nouvelles idéesTu n’as pas peur de décrocher ton téléphone et tu es capable d’ouvrir des portesTu es polyvalent(e), créatif(ve), toujours force de proposition et tu n’abandonnes JAMAIS Nous cherchons avant tout quelqu’un avec un profil entrepreneur et autonome, capable de prendre des initiatives au sein d’une startup et d’une équipe en pleine croissanceIdéalement, tu recherches un stage de fin d'études.
