Able&Baker busca un Compositing Lead para incorporarse a su equipo en la producción de un largometraje animado 3D completamente generado por ordenador. La oferta contempla modalidades presencial en Madrid o Las Palmas, con opciones híbridas o remotas. Se requiere una persona con visión artística sólida, conocimientos técnicos profundos y experiencia demostrada en liderazgo dentro del área de composición para animación de largometrajes. Responsabilidades El Compositing Lead liderará el equipo de composición, aportando dirección artística y técnica. Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el supervisor de iluminación y composición y los líderes de iluminación para garantizar la coherencia visual en todas las secuencias. Será responsable de desarrollar y mantener plantillas, flujos de trabajo y estándares de composición. Supervisará el ensamblaje final de los planos, asegurando una integración perfecta, equilibrio de color y atmósfera. También gestionará planos clave o complejos cuando sea necesario y revisará el trabajo del equipo para asegurar calidad y continuidad. Colaborará con producción para planificar, programar y hacer seguimiento del progreso, además de supervisar el control de calidad y el acabado final de los planos. Requisitos Experiencia demostrada como Compositing Lead o Senior Compositor en largometrajes animados. Conocimiento avanzado de Nuke. Comprensión sólida de iluminación, pases de render, AOVs y pipelines 3D. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo. Ojo artístico fuerte para color, profundidad y narrativa visual. Capacidad para comunicarse profesionalmente en español e inglés. Deseable Experiencia previa en largometrajes animados. Mentalidad proactiva y orientada a soluciones. Sensibilidad artística, narrativa visual y habilidades compositivas destacadas. Modelo de trabajo Presencial en Madrid o Las Palmas, con opciones híbridas o remotas. Contrato hasta finales de 2026.
