Advise and guide clients on communicating through the LinkedIn platform, using data analysis and reporting tools to propose new strategies. Collaborate internally with operations and commercial teams to ensure the best outcomes for the business, ensuring top‑level campaign performance, happy clients and opportunities for rebooking, upselling and cross‑selling. Responsibilities Handle all communications with existing clients via Zoom, email, phone, instant messaging and other channels. Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Oversee and run campaigns in close collaboration with operations and data teams: structuring and analysing data, executing campaign steps, creating reports and proposing new strategies. Operate in a highly consultative capacity, engaging with clients across a global, multicultural environment.
