Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at Mallorca Select located in Palma for an Assistant. xiphteb The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including administrative support, coordinating appointments, managing office supplies, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Qualifications

Administrative Support, Scheduling, and Office Management skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Attention to detail and Organizational skills
Time management and Prioritization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Spanish and English
Previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus
Owning a vehicle
