If you're ready to dive into a dynamic learning experience, apply now and take the first step into the exciting world of Workday with BNBKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with consultants in the configuration of Workday modules, adapting them to the needs of each client.Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and assist in documenting their business needs.Collaborate in the execution of functionality tests, identifying and resolving errors or inconsistencies in the system configuration.Learn to create reports in Workday to provide clients with accurate data analysis.Use the internal support material provided for a more effective and faster learning process.Properly report to the manager on the work completed and the status of pending tasks.Support preparation of both consultant and customer presentations.Qualifications & Professional SkillsWhatever your degree, you must have a good understanding of how technology is changing, and appreciate its power to revolutionise the way organisations work and behave.Excellent communication, interpersonal and consultative skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills.Constant desire to acquire knowledge.Proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Passionate about client service excellence.Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.Fluent language skills in Spanish and English (French and Italian are a plus).Work Location & ScheduleBased in Madrid or Barcelona.Part-time position with schedule adaptability.Type of internship : Intra-curricular or extra-curricular internships, whatever you needDuration of approx. 6 months, adjustable to university requirements.We offerOur perks & benefits are designed to help you grow.
