People who are ready to exemplify these values are especially encouraged to apply.The Role:We’re looking for an AP/AR Specialist to join our Finance team This is a key role that ensures the financial health of AirDNA by managing timely vendor payments, invoicing customers, and tracking all incoming and outgoing payments. You'll be instrumental in establishing best practices for AP/AR, helping our Finance team scale and mature.Here's what you'll need to be successful:Financial and Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of how AP/AR impacts financial statements, tech-savvy approach and experience with finance software like Ramp, Stripe, and NetSuite.Organized & Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized. You’ll ensure accuracy in all tasks, from invoicing to transaction tracking.Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to solving billing and payment issues, able to resolve discrepancies with customers and vendors efficiently and professionally.Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
