We are looking for a Junior PMO to join our team for a global leading operator in credit insurance . Key Responsibilities: • The candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities under the guidance of senior PMO staff. • Assist in managing financial PMO processes, creating requisitions, and monitoring budgets. • Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and meeting minutes. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare management meetings, and distribute regular updates and reports. • Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely task completion within budget. • Participate in project reviews and support the implementation of best practices. Skills: • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Stakeholder management skills. • Basic proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Azure Boards). • Previous experience in project management support roles.
