Are you ready to lead the charge in digital marketing innovation? We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive both our Internal and External Marketing Strategies, crafting impactful B2B marketing plans that elevate not only our brand but also those of our clients and prospects.
In this role, you’ll lead campaigns across inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media and beyond, collaborating with teams to attract and engage the right audiences while delivering measurable results. If you’re a versatile marketer eager to make an impact, this is your chance to shine

- Internal Marketing Strategy: Collaborate on the design and planning of our Internal Digital Marketing Plan & Strategy. Develop and execute digital campaigns aligned with the company’s strategy, for internal and external channels, creating and posting engaging content to attract customers. Perform tactical activities such as competitor analysis, A/B testing, and database management to refine and optimize campaigns. Create audience segments and deliver targeted communication for maximum impact. Collaborate with external agencies to develop and implement strategies for website content and structure, including SEO optimization. Evaluate the impact of planned actions to continuously optimize them and measure the return on investment. Manage newsletters and marketing automation workflows.
- External Marketing Strategy: Understand customer needs to identify business opportunities and create joint value, achieving the company's business objectives. Lead the creation of SEO strategies, conversion funnels, and audience engagement tactics to maximize lead generation. Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and implement digital projects. Pitch the company’s services to potential clients, showcasing our expertise and value proposition. Ensure customers and management are satisfied with the proposed marketing campaigns, ensuring we produce valuable and engaging content that converts target audiences. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Intracon, our solutions, and our client base to implement effective marketing campaigns. Measure and report on the performance of campaigns using platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics, gaining insights to assess progress against goals. Stay informed on market trends, competitors, disruptive companies, and new technologies. Oversee budget management and track financial performance of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including the planning, development, and implementation of global marketing initiatives.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, lead generation, inbound marketing, and PPC AdWords.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, and marketing tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Hootsuite.
- Experience with budget management and business financial analysis to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in creating and optimizing conversion funnels and tactics for lead generation, as well as knowledge of affiliate marketing channels.
- Proactive professional with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead marketing strategies effectively, both in-person and remotely.
