Ubicación: Trabajarás en la sede central, ubicada en Parets del Vallés (Barcelona).

Departamento: Reportando al Director de Marketing Comunicación, te integrarás en el equipo de Marketing Comunicación Central, dando servicio a todas las filiales europeas del Grupo en el área de Marketing Digital.

Tu misión: Controlar, dominar y optimizar todos los canales de comunicación digitales que utiliza la empresa para potenciar la comunicación con los múltiples Buyers Personas, generando awareness, captando SQL's y acompañándolos hasta el final del funnel.

Tus funciones incluirán:

  1. Gestión de la web corporativa, global y localmente.
  2. Participación en proyectos de evolución y mejora funcional y UX/UI de la web.
  3. Optimización SEO.
  4. Coordinación y desarrollo del programa de Inbound Marketing y sus activos digitales (Blog, S&P; Academy online, ebooks y otros lead magnets).
  5. Diseño y envío de emailing.
  6. Preparación de dashboards con métricas web y RRSS para optimización de KPI’s.
  7. Co-creación del calendario de publicaciones de Redes Sociales y optimización de los KPI’s relacionados.
  8. SEM y Social Ads.
  9. Monitorización y optimización de la reputación online.
  10. Apoyo en otras funciones del departamento.

Trabajarás con:

  1. El equipo de Marketing corporativo.
  2. Los equipos de Marketing de las filiales del grupo en toda Europa.
  3. El equipo de Product Managers.
  4. El equipo comercial y el equipo técnico.
  5. Partners y agencias de marketing especializadas.

Requisitos:

  1. Estudios mínimos: Licenciatura o Grado en ADE, Comunicación, Marketing. Deseable Postgrado o Master en Marketing Digital.
  2. Experiencia mínima: Mínimo 3 años en departamento de marketing y/o agencia de marketing en el área digital.
  3. Experiencia gestionando CMS.
  4. Experiencia en gestión de Redes Sociales (Linkedin, Youtube e Instagram).
  5. Experiencia en SEM y Social Ads.
  6. Experiencia en Inbound Marketing.
  7. Experiencia con Google Analytics y/o otras herramientas de analítica.
  8. Experiencia en empresa multinacional.
  9. Nivel de inglés alto.
  10. Experiencia en empresas B2B con productos técnicos.
  11. Dominio Excel y Power Point.
