Our mission is to drive growth and innovation through strategic partnerships and exceptional talent.Role SummaryAs the EMEA Strategic Sales Director, you will spearhead the sales strategy for Broadcom's strategic customers for the Enterprise Security Group portfolio. Your role is pivotal in driving retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement. You will lead a team of EMEA account directors and collaborate with key partners to achieve financial and business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Broadcom's ESG portfolio in EMEA.Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement.Matrix Manage and support a team of account directors aligned to these accounts.Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.Collaborate with internal departments and partners to achieve financial and business goals.Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target strategic customers.QualificationsRequired:Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.Strong leadership and team management skills.Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.Fluency in English.Preferred:Fluency in additional European languages.Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.Skills and AttributesStrong leadership and management capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Ability to connect, enthuse, and mobilize teams.Deep understanding of vendor strategies and ability to evangelize vendor propositions.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension contributions, and paid time off.Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.A dynamic, inclusive work environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration.Join UsIf you are a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and innovation, we invite you to apply for the EMEA Strategic Sales Director position and be part of our dynamic team driving growth and success at Arrow.
