Role: GAIN – Performance Campaign Manager Location: Barcelona, Spain Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid Overview Operational role running paid media campaigns for 3–6 clients, always including Facebook; additional channels as needed. Collaborate with Performance Director on daily management, analysis, optimisation; propose tests and expansion opportunities; future growth in client management and strategy. Responsibilities Daily budget tracking Daily campaign management and optimisation Weekly reporting Ad hoc reporting and deep‑dive analysis A/B testing and support on test ideas Client communication Internal knowledge sharing Learn new channels as needed (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Twitter) Requirements – Essential Skills & Experience Fluent English, written and spoken Minimum 2 years of direct‑response campaigns on Facebook or Google Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, graphs) High attention to detail Excellent communication Self‑motivated and process driven Adaptability under tight timelines Team player Desired (Not Essential) Agency experience with 1 year of client communication Google Data Studio experience Google Analytics experience How We Work We prioritise curiosity, pushing boundaries, imagination, execution, and putting people first.
