As part of this role, you will:Closely work with our Spanish and Italian market teams to evaluate and improve our operational value offeringCollect, analyze, and prepare the prices of our suppliers for fulfillment servicesNegotiate rates, service levels, and track performance KPIsTake over responsibility for P&L managementSpearhead relationship management with our business partnersYou’ll be in charge of building a competitive operational offering in Southern Europe for Hive Ensure our customer’s happiness by closely managing our relations with business partners & suppliers. Exposure to logistics and knowledge of the e-commerce industry strongly preferredExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsSpanish/Italian native, as well as fluent business English skillsWillingness to travelThe role of Strategic Partnership Manager (Fulfillment) at Hive offers you to build on your toolkit of creating and leveraging business relationships, as well as building skills in the negotiation of big-ticket contracts.
