About the role
We’re seeking a high-energy, dynamic, and passionate Partnership Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying, developing, and managing partnerships that expand our market reach and enhance our product offerings. Your focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with integrators, resellers, and technology partners. This role involves collaboration across teams, effective communication, and a deep understanding of our technology solutions.
Responsibilities
Identify and Develop Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners that align with our business objectives, including integrators, resellers, and other strategic allies.
Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
Lead Partner Programs: Develop a comprehensive partner program that incentivizes cooperation and drives business growth.
Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively sell and promote our solutions.
Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute joint campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Understand Partner Needs: Engage with partners to understand their business models, technical needs, and market challenges, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Deal Closing: Close deals yourself or assist in the sales process of our partners to close new customers.
Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to integrate feedback from partners, identifying opportunities for co-development or product enhancements.
Negotiate Agreements: Lead negotiations with partners, establishing clear terms that foster long-term cooperation.
Track Performance: Monitor and analyze partner performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive results.
Achieve Partnership Goals: Meet and exceed targets related to partner-driven revenue, engagement, and lead generation.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, agreements, and performance metrics in our CRM system.
On Site and Partner Visits: This position might require extensive traveling (up to 30% of total work time).
About you:
You have at least 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, alliances, or business development, ideally within the software industry.
Previous success in building and scaling partner programs.
You are tech-savvy: You have a strong technical background and can effectively communicate with technical audiences, including software developers, engineers, and product managers.
Fluent in English and German (must), both written and spoken.
Proactive and strategic thinker: You are a self-starter who identifies new partnership opportunities and develops creative solutions for collaboration.
Strong negotiation skills: You excel at navigating complex negotiations and can build agreements that create value for all parties.
Collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to achieve shared goals.
Detail-oriented and data-driven: You can analyze partner performance metrics and develop strategies based on insights.
You have a hunter mentality.
Experience with CRM systems: You are skilled at maintaining detailed and accurate records that support our partnership-driven approach.
This role can be done in a hybrid way (Barcelona) or remote from Europe.
