Collaborate effectively: Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally. Omnichannel support: Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client’s products and services. Become a New Balance expert: Gain in‑depth knowledge of the New Balance brand and its offerings. Brand advocacy: Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions. Requirements Fluency in French: Demonstrated by exceptional grammar and spelling. Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English communication. Customer Service Enthusiast: Possess a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Empathetic Communication: Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding. Strong Administrative Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills. Proactive Problem‑Solver: A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem resolution. Benefits Start Date: Beginning of November Hours: 25h/week Work Schedule: Rotative Schedule from Monday to Sunday between 9:00am to 8:00pm Salary: €12,115 gross per year Holidays: 24 calendar holidays / 2 accrued days per month Work Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month at the office Training: 8 days of office based training - Monday to Friday, from 10:00am to 7:00pm Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera) Additional Perks Career Growth: Ongoing training and development.
