Collaborate effectively: Work collaboratively with consumers to address product information requests and resolve inquiries skillfully and professionally. Customer-centric approach: Empathize with customer needs, analyse their issues, and provide personalized solutions. Omnichannel support: Deliver seamless customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Product expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our client's products and services. Become a New Balance expert: Gain in-depth knowledge of the New Balance brand and its offerings. Brand advocacy: Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador in all interactions RequirementsYour Experience, Our Future Excellent Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional grammar and spelling. Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy and understanding. Strong Administrative & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail. Proactive Problem-Solving: A professional and proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues effectively. BenefitsYour Benefits Package Start Date: December 2025 Hours: 30h/week Work Schedule: 15:00 to 00:00 rotative. From Monday to Sunday. Rotative shifts Salary: 14.615€ gross per year Night Rates: 1,90€ gross extra per hour between 10:00 pm to 3:00 am Plus Transport - 6,34€ Per Day Holidays: 2 accrued days per month Work Model: Office working Training: 2 weeks of office based training, Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 10:00pm Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera) Additional Perks: New Balance: Vouchers for top performers Well-being Support: Confidential counselling and resources.
