Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will build and maintain BI and analytics interfaces to support PepsiCo's global digital commerce growth. You'll work closely with product managers to translate requirements into self-service reporting and dashboards for cross-functional teams. You will integrate advanced analytics to deliver clear insights and help scale data-driven decisions across regions. This position offers a chance to shape analytics capabilities within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial global digital commerce environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios Gather, understand, and document requirements with business users Own data model mappings, references, and hierarchies Access data from multiple databases using appropriate languages Deliver end-to-end BI products including visualizations and self-service tools Maintain and improve BI solutions and production analytics products Present products to business users and solicit feedback for improvement Provide analytics guidance to ensure quality solutions Integrate advanced analytics into BI to deliver meaningful insights Maintain project documentation and status reports Responsabilidades 5+ years in Reporting and Dashboarding development, Analytics, Data Processing, SQL & Access databases Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions Proficient in SQL, Python, statistical analyses, data visualization (Power BI), and trend analysis Master's or Bachelor's in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or related analytics field Good understanding of Tableau Server connections and workbook imports Good understanding of DBT (Data Build Tool), model creation, .Sql and .Yml files Strong analytical abilities for solving complex customer problems Ability to handle big data sets and data mining from multiple sources Data warehousing and data integration experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with bias for action and rapid prototyping Ability to collaborate across engineering teams Team player with strong listening skills and facilitation abilities Ability to translate highly technical information into clear presentations Requisitos principales Hybrid work model Entrepreneurial, international environment Professional growth opportunities Volunteering opportunities Wellbeing benefits Diversity and inclusion
