We’re looking for the greatest minds in data & analytics, data engineering, software development, machine learning optimization and more. All with the aim to empower our International expansion and delight our consumers through addressing current and future facing business challenges that are complex and require insightful and impactful solutions.

We are looking for seasoned Business Intelligent Engineer and Visualization Developer to join our team as we continue to grow our capability footprint across regions. The BI engineer will be in charge of developing, deploying, and maintaining BI & Analytics interfaces.

Responsibilities

- Together with the Product Manager gather, understand, & document requirements from business users.

- Own business layer mapping, references and hierarchies.

- Recognize and access required data from multiple databases using appropriate languages.

- End-to-end delivery of reporting and business intelligence products, including visualizations & self-service tools.

- Continuous improvement and maintenance of business intelligence solutions.

- Present products to business users and seek feedback for continued improvement.

- Provide business analytics guidance as needed to ensure a quality project solution.

- Integrate advanced analytics into Business Intelligence solutions to deliver clear and meaningful insights to the business.

- Support analytics products in production.

- Maintaining the Project documentation and generating the reports on Project status.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Reporting and Dashboarding development, Analytics, Data Processing, SQL & Access database.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with client/onshore personnel to understand specific Enterprise Information Management requirement and develop solutions based on those requirement.

- Required skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, Statistical analyses, Data visualization ( Power BI), Trend Analysis.

- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or related analytics field from a premier/Tier1 institute of India.

- Good understanding about tableau server connection and workbook import and download.

- Good understanding about DBT (Data Build Tool), model creation and .sql and .yml files.

- Very strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to research and make decisions based on the day-to-day and complex customer problems required.

- Ability to handle big data sets, data mining from different databases.

- Data warehousing, Centralizing or aggregating data from multiple sources.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Self starter; bias for action and for quick iteration on ideas / concepts; strong interest in proving out ideas and technologies with rapid prototyping.

- Ability to interact well across various engineering teams.

- Team player; excellent listening skills; welcoming of ideas and new ways of looking at things; able to lead brainstorming sessions and elicit input from team members – including those who may not be the loudest voice in the room.

- Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentations.
