SD Worx is marktleider in dit segment, dankzij zijn innovatieve producten en uitgebreide, op maat gemaakte diensten. Responsibilities Het begeleiden en adviseren van de klant over payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving, en het gebruik van payrollpakketten. Het opvolgen, berekenen en controleren van de lonen van je klanten. Het onderhouden van een vertrouwensrelatie met de klant(en). Het up-to-date houden van kennis en ervaring op het gebied van payroll en personeelsadministratie, evenals van verschillende systemen. Als SPOC (single point of contact) voor de klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie met ondersteunende diensten van SD Worx. Het zoeken naar inefficiënte processen, het voorstellen van optimalisaties en het uitwerken ervan, mogelijk onder begeleiding van een payrollconsultant. Het delen van best practices binnen de verschillende teams. Het overdragen van kennis en taken aan collega’s in de toegewezen groep en hen ondersteunen in administratieve, payroll- en juridische zaken. Qualifications Een sterke interesse in HR, met specifieke focus op payroll en sociale wetgeving. Een analytische geest en een grote affiniteit met softwareapplicaties. Flexibiliteit om aan de deadlines van klanten te voldoen en stressbestendigheid. Leergierig, sterk klantgericht, autonoom, nauwkeurig en snel in het werk. De nodige communicatieve vaardigheden. Positief, resultaatgericht en oplossingsgericht. Het zien van veranderende omstandigheden als een uitdaging en kans. Het bijdragen aan onze teamsfeer door enthousiasme en inzet. Talen: Nederlands is verplicht, Frans is een pluspunt.
