Valoramos la experiencia previa en Headhunting de ejecutivos como un plus.Especialización en Executive Headhunting de Alto Valor Añadido: Aportar servicios de selección global y de alto valor añadido, centrándose en las necesidades del cliente.Adquisición de Cuentas y Gestión de Clientes a nivel nacional e internacional, gestionar recurrencias con clientes existentes para generar fidelización.Asesoramiento Estratégico: Asesorar los clientes sobre las mejores estrategias para encontrar el talento a nivel nacional o internacional.Desarrollo de Equipos y Mentorización: Desarrollar un equipo de Executive Managers, consolidarlo y mentorizarlo sobre estrategia de ventas.Relaciones con Partners: Desarrollar y consolidar relaciones con Partners y entidades de Catenon para potenciar la venta de servicios.Supervisión de Procesos de Selección: Supervisar la ejecución de procesos de selección y proyectos de talento.Se ofrece un ambiente multinacional, plataforma tecnológica avanzada, responsabilidad sobre grandes cuentas, proyectos globales, paquete salarial competitivo, cultura de trabajo híbrido y oportunidades de crecimiento.Requisitos: Experiencia y Educación: Mínimo de 7-10 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios con sólida experiencia en venta consultiva B2B.
