Buscamos un/a Hotel Revenue Manager:

  1. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de precios y distribución para maximizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad.
  2. Analizar datos históricos y actuales para identificar tendencias de mercado y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  3. Realizar estudios de zona sobre proyectos específicos, para entender mejor cada activo al estudiar su rentabilidad.
  4. Realizar análisis competitivos para mantenerse al tanto de las actividades de la competencia y ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.
  5. Utilizar sistemas de gestión de ingresos y herramientas de análisis para optimizar el rendimiento de los hoteles.
  6. Preparar informes y presentaciones sobre el rendimiento de ingresos para la alta dirección.
  7. Realizar estudios de costes para el activo.

Requisitos:

  1. Estudios en turismo o similar.
  2. Nivel alto de inglés y otros idiomas valorable.
  3. Experiencia previa en puestos similares.
  4. Dominio de softwares y herramientas de predicción.
