You like to work on meaningful, innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.Accountability:Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks.Directed in several aspects of their work.More straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance.Provides administrative technical support.Complexity:Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental/functional guidelines and practices.Experience:General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job.Experience with automation and advanced Excel functionalities.Communication:Develops collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional.Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand.Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team.Language:English-speaking mandatory, additional languages is a plus.About the team:The Digital customer segment is one of the most important growth engines for SAP – one that has consistently been growing at double-digit growth. To capitalize SAP’s market potential, we formed a new Global Digital organization to focus on scaling our reach and support to customers in cross-segment leveraging digital modalities in revamped Digital Hubs around the world.The SAP Digital Talent Experience is responsible for building a world-class, global team that creates consistent customer experiences through aligned practices along the Digital Customer journey, enables and engages digital talent through skills development and shapes Digital culture through Digital Hub location experience, dedicated workforce planning, and employee engagement to create a critical mass of SAP Digital talent pipeline.In this role, you will provide program support to the Digital Talent Experience team.
