Entusiasta y con ganas de aprenderCapacidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y cumplir con los plazos acordadosNivel de inglés C1Español a nivel de competencia Descripción del puesto: Formando parte del equipo de operaciones se encargará de gestionar nuestra cartera de nuestros clientes con el objeto de reducir los días de pago de los mismos. Las funciones principales asociadas al puesto de trabajo serán:Gestión del Aging de clientes (collections)Revisión y aprobación tablas de riesgosRappel de clientesGestión incidencias clientesGestionar las reclamaciones internas y externas a través del correo electrónicoRelación con las aseguradoras de crédito (actualización coberturas, líneas de crédito)Reuniones con clientes. (revisión, conciliación estados de cuentas) Lugar de trabajo: Oficinas Centrales de Arrow Avenida de Europa, 21 Parque Empresarial La Moraleja 28108 Alcobendas Madrid Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido - 2 días de teletrabajo, viernes más otro día de designación por parte del manager. 3 días en la oficina. Los días que se viene a la oficina posibilidad de trabajar por las tardes en casa si el empleado quiere. Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 9 a 14 y de 15 a 18:30. Viernes de 9 a 14.
