Operations Representative – French / Dutch and English Speaking Apply for the Operations Representative – French / Dutch and English Speaking role at The Cigna Group. Roles & Responsibilities As an Operations Representative on the Life & Protection Solutions team you will: Process incoming insurance claims (e.g., travel, temporary work incapacity) and be the first point of contact for clients, policyholders, and insurance partners. Manage reporting data to internal and external stakeholders and support team’s technical experts. Assess and process claims based on policy conditions, acting as the hub between medical advisors, claimants, clients’ HR departments, and other parties to ensure accurate handling. Maintain professional relationships with clients and third parties, handling files in a manner that best serves claimants and clients. Fill out claim data accurately and report findings to finance, client managers, and other necessary parties. Answer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone in multiple languages. Skills and Knowledge Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, insurance, communication or equivalent experience. Strong numerical acumen and proficient communication skills. Fluency in English and French or Dutch; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a bonus. Previous experience with non‑medical claims such as life or travel insurance is preferred. Adaptable, eager to learn, customer‑centric, and results‑oriented. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
