Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** As a HR Operations Representative, you will take on a significant role in managing and enhancing the HR Operations workflows that support the team and the organization. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional HR services to Align´s employees. **In this role, you will** - Manage, track and report progress on employee and manager inquiries issue resolution using the HR case tracking tool (Zendesk) - Administer employee benefits, which may include collecting and submitting employee information and notice of change in status to pension, health, dental, life, disability, and other insurance vendors or brokers. - Support and coach employees on HR processes and guidelines, including benefits administration, leaves of absence, payroll inquiries/coordination and employee paperwork. - Manage aspects of HR administration such as personnel data, documentation, and ensuring data is always maintained at highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. - Conduct and assist business functions with record audits, compliance reviews or mandatory or recurring reports. - Identify process gaps in liaison with Payroll and the HR Team and escalate them within the team. - Contribute with HRBPs and Payroll on employment relation matters. - Serve as a back-up for other team member´s. - Regularly updates employee life and career content on internal HR Ops SharePoint for assigned countries and processes. **In this role, you’ll need ** - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration or equivalent experience - 2-4 years of related HR experience in one or several EMEA countries. - Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis (Workday preferred). - Strong understanding of HR processes and policies and knowledge about employment legal framework. - Excellent customer service skills to service employees - Fluent in English and Spanish - Any other language is considered a plus **Sound like a good fit?** Great Click the "Apply" link to let us know you are interested.
