Job Description

We are looking for a Ecommerce Business Lead with high level of English to join our CRAFT team in Madrid who will report the Global Business Lead in its growth strategy and clients relationship through remarkable & integrated work.

We are looking for a person, around 10-15 years experience in Directing or Leading clients in agency (preference in Production area) and understand the ecommerce environment & possibilities in terms of communication (SEO, PDP included): experience in this area would be appreciated.

General description & duties:

Aligned brand leadership

- Own the relationship with the clients, CDMOs, ecomm & procurement teams
- Lead the relationships with key markets of Europe, and specifically in Spain
- Work closely Global Business Lead and Operations Director to ensure alignment of team structure, operations, processes and culture

Operational Leadership

- Manage and facilitate workflow, communications
- Ensure seamless delivery of work and strict follow up of timelines
- Follow up on the agreed KPIs and make sure these are met in time & manner
- Manage a team of Project Managers (initially split by division)
- Follow up on revenue & margin
- Orchestrate the business that will need to be driven in Spain (initially) and involve other studios/ agencies in other parts of the work

Business Development

- Introduce clients to new offerings from the Network to meet their needs
- Involve the account Project Management team to meet growth strategies and support teams to deliver them
