We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working closely with a user research function to inform design decisions to deliver for mobile and web products. Experience in designing for B2B marketplaces or B2B2C products is preferred. Has a proven track record in delivering components for and contributing to a design system. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to understand project goals and requirements. Conduct and contribute to user research activities to gather insights that inform the design process. Plan and execute design validation through usability testing, ensuring that user feedback is incorporated into the design iteration process. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for responsive web and native mobile applications. Design and iterate on features for a B2B marketplace to power the next generation of jewellery businesses. Deliver high‑quality visual design assets and specifications for both mobile and web implementation. Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system, ensuring consistency across all digital products. Ensure implemented designs are monitored for success by driving the measurement of user behaviour through product analytics and other quantifiable research practices. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to your design work. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, with a focus on two‑sided digital platforms. Proven experience conducting user research and using insights to drive design decisions. Experience planning and conducting usability testing for design validation. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on marketplace products. Experience with luxury markets, Shopify or B2B marketplaces is a bonus. Proficient in design and prototyping tools. Demonstrated ability to deliver components for and contribute to a design system. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
