Por esta razón, buscamos incorporar un/a Gestor de Formalización a nuestro departamento de Closing, en Madrid, para el estudio y validación de documentación, así como la redacción de documentos para el cierre y formalización de operaciones. De este modo, te animamos a que te inscribas y hagas parte de este gran equipo.
**_ ¿A qué te dedicarás en tu día a día?_**
- Revisión, estudio, cotejo y validación de la documentación: notas simples, escrituras, impuestos.
- Conocimientos fiscales.
- Redacción de Acuerdos.
- Coordinación con Notarías.
- Formalización (pre y post firma).
**_ ¿Qué conocimientos y habilidades deberás tener para triunfar en la posición?_**

Habilidades técnicas._**
Es indispensable que tengas y/o conozcas de:
- Licenciatura en Derecho, con experiência profesional en notaría o asesoría jurídica.
- Familiarizado con el tratamiento de notas simples, escrituras e impuestos.
- Conocimiento del funcionamiento de notarías, aunque no se haya trabajado en ellas directamente.
- Conocimiento del procedimiento hipotecario.
- Valorable el conocimiento del procedimiento concursal.
- Inglés valorable.
- MS Excel.
