The Role: We are seeking an Operations Intern person to become the backbone of our data management. In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our tracking tools and drive efficiency across our international markets.
Key learning areas for the role:
Data Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize internal tracking systems using Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, creating dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
Process Improvement: Audit current workflows to spot bottlenecks and implement smoother, more efficient processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data alignment across the business.
Tool Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new operational tools across our global markets.
Who You Are:
Data-Driven: You have knowlenge on how working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and handling large datasets.
Structured: You are organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing order to complex situations.
Communicator: You have at least a professional level in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Any other language (Italian, German etc...) will be considered a plus
Bonus Points: Experience with Airtable, Power Query, or Looker Studio.
