Your mission :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Digital Campaign Manager based in Spain (or anywhere in Spain) to initiate, plan, implement, and optimize global digital campaigns, ensuring campaign goals are met within budget. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing and managing B2B campaign strategies aligned with target audiences, Nuvei's products, brand language, and stakeholder needs worldwide. Strong analytical skills and business acumen are essential to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and execute large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategies to achieve brand awareness, content distribution, and lead generation goals.
  2. Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across paid social, PPC, content syndication, webinars, and email marketing.
  3. Lead B2B campaigns from start to finish, collaborating with content writers, product marketers, designers, and regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets, maintain consistent branding, and enhance Nuvei's digital presence globally.
  4. Oversee campaign budgets, optimize performance for ROI, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  5. Create performance reports with analysis and actionable insights for continuous improvement, presenting findings to global stakeholders monthly.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and results in digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing global B2B digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, Google Ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Experience with digital tools for display ads, dashboards, reporting, webinars, podcasts, and AI marketing tools (e.g., 6Sense, Bombora, Zoominfo, Similarweb).
  • Experience working in an international environment, ideally with US cross-border teams.
  • Strong business orientation, market understanding, and a passion for lead generation that converts within short cycles.
  • Expertise in budget management, bid strategies, and cost-per-conversion optimization.
  • Excellent data interpretation, analytical skills, and creativity in marketing strategy.
  • Experience with B2B international or global accounts and tailoring strategies for diverse markets.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Languages: English (native proficiency); additional languages are advantageous.
