We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Digital Campaign Manager in Spain (this can be based anywhere in Spain). The role involves initiating, planning, implementing, and optimizing global digital campaigns to meet campaign goals within budget.

The ideal candidate must be able to plan and manage a B2B campaign strategy aligned with target audiences, Nuvei's products, brand language, and stakeholders' needs globally.

Strong analytical skills and business orientation are essential to measure and analyze results, and to present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Establish and execute a large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing strategy to achieve goals such as brand awareness, content distribution, and lead generation.
• Initiate, plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns , including paid social, PPC, content syndication, webinars, and email marketing.
• Lead B2B campaigns from start to finish, working with content writers, product marketers, designers, and regional teams to adapt campaigns to local markets, maintain consistent brand messaging, and strengthen Nuvei's digital presence worldwide.
• Oversee campaign budgets and optimize performance to deliver exceptional ROI and meet stakeholder needs.

Create reports with analysis and actionable insights for continuous improvement, and present them to stakeholders globally on a monthly basis.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends , technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising to continuously drive innovation and results.

• 5+ years of experience in managing B2B digital campaigns at a global scale with measurable results.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Search, Google Ads , and high proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce (mandatory).
• Proficiency in digital tools for display ads, dashboards, reporting, webinars , and podcasts is advantageous, as well as experience with intent and AI marketing tools (6Sense, Bombora, Zoominfo, Similarweb , etc).
• Experience working in an international environment, ideally with US cross-border teams.
• Strong business orientation , market understanding, and a passion for generating leads that convert into active customers within short cycles.
• Experience in budget management , bid strategy, and cost-per-conversion optimization.
• Strong technological and analytical skills to interpret data from various sources for data-driven decisions.
• Creativity and innovation in marketing, with a vision for campaign optimization.
• Experience with B2B international or global accounts and adapting strategies for diverse markets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and documentation skills .
• Languages : English – native proficiency . Additional languages are a plus.
